Would you like to add an extra pet or pets to your account? That’s certainly possible!
- Go to justrussel.com.
- Click on “Login” in the top right corner.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on “My pets”.
- Then click on “Add pet”.
- Complete the new profile and save the changes.
Please note that when you create an additional pet profile, a separate order will be scheduled. This is to ensure that your new pet is provided with food.
Afterwards, the orders for all activated pets will be combined.
If you have sufficient stock for a particular pet, you should pause that profile. This can easily be done via your subscription settings.
