Pausing can be done at any time before the change deadline.
Go to justrussel.com.
Click ‘Login’ in the top right corner.
Log in to your account.
Click your name in the top right corner.
Click the ‘Subscription Settings’ button.
Scroll down and click ‘Pause Deliveries’.
Select which pet’s deliveries you want to pause.
Click ‘Next’.
Choose a reason for pausing the deliveries.
Click ‘Next’.
Click ‘Pause Deliveries’.
Confirm your choice. Your profile is now paused!
After pausing, you will receive a confirmation email that your profile is paused.
Want to completely stop Just Russel? We’re sorry to see you go, but we respect your choice. You can stop your profile in the same way as pausing, the only difference is that you click the ‘Stop Deliveries’ button instead of ‘Pause Deliveries’. Confirm your choice again, and your profile is now permanently stopped!
After stopping, you will receive a confirmation email stating your profile is paused — don’t worry, this is equivalent to stopping your account.
Note: If your profile was paused or stopped too late and the package is already in production, it can no longer be canceled.
