Yes, it is definitely possible to choose a formula with a different flavor or kibble size for your pet. Our algorithm and veterinarians have carefully selected a few recipes to best meet your pet’s health needs. Here’s how you can make changes yourself:
Go to justrussel.com and log in to your account via the button in the top right corner.
Click on “Feeding Plan” in the top menu.
Select “Change Recipe”.
You will now see the different formulas suitable for your pet.
Select the desired recipe via “Select Recipe” and save the change using the orange button.
Please note that it is not possible to choose the formula and/or kibble size when placing your very first order. If your pet has specific health needs, its current recipe may be the only and best-suited option.
Changing the recipe does not affect the price of the food.
