If you want to change details in your pet’s profile, such as weight, daily activity, neutering/spaying, or the photo on the bag, this can be done very easily via your account.
Here’s a quick guide on how to update your pet’s information:
Go to justrussel.com.
Click ‘Login’ in the top right corner.
Log in to your account.
Click on ‘My Pets’ in the red banner at the top.
Click ‘Edit’.
You can now make the desired changes in your pet’s profile.
If you want to change the photo, click on the current photo and upload a new one.
Press ‘Save’ and you’re done!
