A payment reminder means one of your orders isn't paid yet. You can pay it in your account in a minute.
- Log in and open Order History to see which order is unpaid.
- Pay it manually under Deliveries.
Already paid, but the order still shows as unpaid? Contact our Customer Heroes with your order number and payment date. We'll check it and update your order.
