Want to stop Just Russel? We're sorry to see you go, and we respect your choice. Here's how to stop your deliveries yourself.
Make sure to check if you can still make changes to your next delivery, you can do this on your planned order. There you'll find a deadline to make changes, you can stop / pause before this date.

How to stop
- Go to justrussel.com and click Login in the top right corner.
- Log in to your account.
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- Click Subscription Settings.
- Scroll down and click Stop Deliveries.
- Select the pet whose deliveries you want to stop and click Next.
- Choose a reason and click Next.
- Click Stop Deliveries and confirm your choice.
What happens next? You'll get a confirmation email. It says your profile is paused: that's correct, it means the same as stopped. No new deliveries will be sent.
