You can update your own details and your pet's profile anytime in your account.
For your details (name, VAT number, phone, address, email): select your name, then Account Information. Under Personal Information, select Edit, make your changes and save.
For your pet (weight, activity, neutering or spaying, photo on the bag): select My Pets in the red banner, then Edit. To change the photo, select the current photo and upload a new one. Select Save.
Changes to weight, activity or neutering status can change the daily portion. Make them before the change deadline so they apply to your next delivery.
