If your deliveries are coming too quickly, you can change the delivery frequency yourself in your profile.
Here’s how you can adjust the number of weeks so that deliveries arrive at your preferred pace:
- Go to justrussel.com.
- Click ‘Login’ in the top right corner.
- Log in to your account.
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- Click on ‘Subscription Settings’.
- Scroll down and under ‘Delivery Frequency’ choose how many weeks apart you want your deliveries.
Please note: This only applies to orders that have not yet been paid.
If you have already paid, the change will apply from your next order. You do not need to save the changes; they are applied automatically once you select them.
