If your delivery is not yet on the way, you can still make changes before the delivery deadline of your order.
Here’s a short guide on how you can adjust the delivery day yourself:
- Go to justrussel.com.
- Click ‘Login’ in the top right corner.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on ‘Deliveries’ in the red banner at the top.
- Then click the red button ‘Change Delivery Day’.
- If you know until which day you want to postpone, choose a new delivery day in the calendar and save it.
Please note: if the payment has already been requested (about one week before delivery), it is no longer possible to postpone the delivery date.
Once your delivery is on the way, you can contact the courier via the track & trace page on their website to provide an alternative delivery address if you are not at home.
