Need a break? You can pause deliveries yourself in your account, anytime before the change deadline shown on your planned order. Have more than one pet? You choose per pet which deliveries to pause.
- Go to justrussel.com and select Login in the top right corner.
- Select your name, then Subscription Settings.
- Select Pause Deliveries.
- Select the pet whose deliveries you want to pause, then Next.
- Choose a reason, then select Next.
- Select Pause Deliveries to confirm.
Once paused, you'll get a confirmation email and no new deliveries are planned until you reactivate.
