At Just Russel, you choose a flexible subscription that you can easily manage yourself. We’re happy to briefly explain how it works:
👉️ Delivery planning: Based on the amount of kibble and the daily portion, we calculate when the food will run out and schedule the next delivery about 7 days before that.
👉️ Reminder email: Nine days before shipping, we send a reminder email with all the details. After receiving this email, you have 2 days to manually complete the payment yourself and report any changes.
👉️ In production: If no changes are made, the package goes into production 7 days before shipping, and the payment is automatically requested from your bank.
You can always make your payment manually in advance within these 2 days. If this is not done, an automatic payment request will be sent to your bank when the package goes into production.
Through your profile on the website (via the subscription settings), you can always adjust your deliveries and personal details. You can also postpone, pause, or cancel your deliveries there.
How do I place my first order?
How wonderful that you want to place your first order with us! I’ll briefly explain how to do it:
Go to justrussel.com.
Click on ‘Login’ in the top right corner.
Click on ‘Create an account’.
Follow the steps to set up your profile and proceed to payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your first order has been placed.
