We schedule each delivery about 7 days before your pet's food runs out. Here's what happens before your package arrives.
- 6 days before shipping: you receive a reminder email with all the details. From then on, you have 4 days to change your delivery or pay manually.
- 2 days before shipping: your package goes into production. If you haven't paid yet, we charge your payment method automatically. Changes to the delivery are no longer possible.
- Shipping: you receive an email with a track & trace link.
You can adjust, postpone, pause or stop deliveries in your account under Subscription Settings, before the change deadline shown there.
