You can cancel your delivery up to seven days before the scheduled shipment. Nine days before the shipment of the new package, we send a reminder email. This email allows you two more days to make desired changes or cancel the delivery by pausing or stopping it. Once it is seven days before the shipment, the package goes into production and cannot be canceled anymore.
