Seven days before the package is shipped, the payment is automatically requested. Nine days before we send the package, you will receive a reminder email with all the delivery information. After receiving this email, you have two more days to make any changes to the delivery. After these two days, the payment is automatically requested.
However, you can always manually make the payment through the reminder email. You can click on the button to make the payment or you can do it through your profile under "My deliveries". There, you will find a payment button. If the payment is not made manually, it will still be processed automatically.
