Do you have too much food in stock or would you prefer to have control over the deliveries? Follow the steps below to pause your deliveries for a specific or indefinite period:
- Go to justrussel.com.
- Click on "Login" in the top right corner.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on "Pause Your Deliveries" in your quick menu.
- Do you know until which day you want to pause? Choose a new delivery day.
- Choose to pause your deliveries for a specific period (2 weeks, 1 month...) or pause until you choose to reorder.
- Click on "Save and Continue," select a reason for pausing, and confirm by saving again!
Note: If you pause until you reorder, you will not receive any deliveries until you reactivate. We recommend setting a reminder in your calendar to avoid running out of food. From experience, we suggest allowing a few extra days as a buffer, so keep that in mind when setting your reminder.
